Overview

This eight working stations premade pouch (doypack) filling and sealing machine is an automated packaging equipment designed to efficiently fill pre-formed pouches with various products and seal them securely. The machine is widely used in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and other industries for packaging a variety of products, including powders, liquids, solids, and granules.

Our most popular simplex premade pouch filling and sealing machine, for bags up to 235 mm wide at speeds up to 40 cycles per minute. Now able to fill and seal standcap pouches!

Featuring 8 stations, PLC control with touch screen operation, highly durable welded stainless steel frame.

Features

Equipped with PLC control and a user-friendly touchscreen interface, allowing easy operation and adaptable settings for varying production capacities. Speed adjustments can be made to align with production requirements.

Bag size can be adjusted rapidly using a handle mechanism, providing flexibility for different packaging requirements.

The machine features an automatic detection system that ensures operational consistency. If a bag fails to open, is incompletely opened, has no material feeding, or experiences a sealing issue, the pouch can be recycled and the issue flagged for resolution.

Suitable for a wide variety of bag types, including doypack, handbags, zipper bags, four-sided.
